Monk

‘Monk’ centers on Adrian Monk, a brilliant detective and the title of the show is named after him. His peaceful life takes an unexpected turn after his wife’s death in a car bombing. He suffers from several types of phobias which results in his termination from the San Francisco Police Department. Later, with the help of a registered nurse, he gets the zeal to live and starts working as a private detective. Show depicts the everyday challenges and troubles which ‘Monk’ faces. Series has recently finished airing seventh season.
